How to store and Reheat
As always I don’t recommend reheating frozen foods that have already been reheated. Try as much as possible to cook the quantity you need at a time.
If you do have leftovers, you can store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
Reheat in the air fryer at 360°F for 3 to 5 mins or until heated through.
Tips
- Cook from frozen no need to thaw.
- I didn’t preheat my air fryer. If you do, adjust cook time accordingly to account fit the preheating time.
- Cook Tyson chicken fries in a singe layer, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket, cook in batches if needed.
- Remember to shake the basket halfway through cooking time.
- Air fryers cook differently it’s ok to add more time as needed.
FAQs
Our Chicken fries typically get ready in 12 mins with no preheat in my Cosori dual blaze air fryer. It could take a couple more minutes in other air fryers or less in time if the air fryer was preheated.
The most common reason why chicken fries don’t get crispy in the air fryer would be due overcrowding as this would prevent proper heat circulation as it cooks.
While you can put raw chicken in the air fryer and cook it to perfection, these Tyson chicken fries are not raw. They’ve been precooked frozen and sold to be reheated later.
